Terry Beaty (Co-Founder of Beaty Garage and Fabricating)
President of Beaty Fabricating, Inc.
Terry was born in Cleveland, TN on October 29 th 1947. He served in Vietnam in the Army. He married his wife Patsy McClanahan on February 3 rd 1973. Terry’s hobby is classic cars and trucks. He recently restored his father’s 1950 model Ford truck. It has taken 1 st place in the Chattanooga and Birmingham World of Wheels.
Terry spent 20 years investing most of his time and money back into the company. He said “that there were weeks that I never took a pay check home”. “I did what ever it took to pay the bills and keep the customer taken care of” he added.
Terry now handles the commercial side of the business such as structural steel, estimating, and managing. His motto is “the company is built upon integrity, we do what we say”.
