Billy Belcher - Industrial and Residential foreman
Billy graduated from Bradley Central High School and went on to get a degree from Athens Technical and Vocational School in welding. He joined Beaty Fabricating, Inc. in May 1999. He is over the installation of ornamental iron and steel at the residential, commercial and industrial levels.
